Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive, reflecting the quality and expertise we provide. Payment terms are as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the service agreement.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the services rendered.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.

Client Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities are essential to the successful completion of our services. The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information regarding their landscaping needs and preferences.
Ensure timely payment according to the agreed payment schedule.
Provide access to the property during the scheduled service times.
Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the landscaping work.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of services. Our policies are as follows:

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation by Landscapers Mayfair: While rare, if we need to cancel services, we will provide a full refund of any deposits paid.
Refunds: Refunds for services not rendered due to cancellation by the client will be prorated based on work completed.

Liability and Insurance

We prioritize the safety and security of our clients' properties. To mitigate risks, we maintain comprehensive liability insurance that covers any damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of our services.

Liability: Landscapers Mayfair is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our direct actions.
Insurance: Our insurance covers accidents, property damage, and legal fees arising from our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mayfair.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Landscapers Mayfair. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded by these terms.
